Routing & Viability Review

Submit your trip with a $50 deposit. We respond within 48 hours with whether your routing is possible at the points you have. If it isn't, $25 of your deposit is refunded. If it is, the full $50 applies to your final quote.

Best Available Cabin & Stay

We hunt the best cabin and hotel actually available for your dates — or build around the preferences you specify. Up to three vetted options, each with the points-to-cabin math explained.

Transfer Optimization

We tell you exactly which bank to transfer from (e.g. use Chase via Iberia for Cathay, not Aer Lingus) — including transfer bonus windows you didn't know existed.

Booking Concierge (Optional)

Add-on: we stay on the call with you (or call on your behalf where allowed). Critical for award phantom space and award holds that disappear in minutes.

Within 48 hours we email you whether the trip is bookable. If not, $25 is refunded. If yes, you receive an exact quote — your $50 applies to it.

Approve the quote, we run the full search and deliver options. You decide which to book; we guide the booking call.

Routing preferences.

Layovers, dealbreakers, and how much you're willing to spend on taxes and carrier fees.

The positioning flight.

A short flight to a major hub (e.g. SEA → SFO before the international leg) often unlocks dramatically better First/Business cabins. Are you open to it?

Example: fly SEA → JFK in domestic First, then JFK → DOH on Qatar Qsuite. Two tickets, but the long leg is dramatically better.

Your points portfolio.

The more transparent the picture, the sharper the routing recommendations.

List your balances across the major banks (Chase Ultimate Rewards, Amex Membership Rewards, Capital One miles, Bilt, Citi ThankYou) and any specific airline/hotel programs (United MileagePlus, Hyatt, etc.). Approximate is fine.

This submission requires a $50 deposit.

When you submit, you'll be taken to Stripe to pay $50. Pierluigi will then review your portfolio and desired routing. If the trip isn't possible at the points you have, $25 is refunded. If it is possible, you'll receive a custom quote for the Award Availability Report — and the full $50 deposit applies to that quote. The deposit is forfeited only if you receive a viable quote and decide not to move forward. Full step-by-step booking concierge is available as an optional add-on.
